Ashleigh graduated from CIMT in October 2020 with a certification in Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy. She is a lifelong student of yoga and human movement science and her approach to massage therapy focuses on optimizing function to improve movement and reduce pain. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and being creative in the kitchen.
