Jen is a Colorado native who spent most of her life here in Colorado Springs. She graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in July of 2023 with a certification in Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy. She decided to pursue massage therapy to gain more in-depth knowledge of the health and wellness community, with a hands-on approach to helping others heal their bodies and relax their nervous system. When she’s not working one of several jobs, she can be found enjoying live music, traveling, watching sports (especially the Denver Broncos), and fishing.
