While Sara started her journey into massage late 2023, she had developed a passion for the healing arts years ago. Wanting to find a middle ground between spiritual work and helping the physical body, the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy happened to cross her path quickly after moving from Ohio to the Springs in 2021. They offered her a way into a promising future through medical massage. Now gifted with certifications in trigger point, neuromuscular therapy, and integrative technique, Sara Lee has been compelled to take root and start developing the craft of bodywork. She’s pleased to serve the community that has embraced her talents in areas such as assisted stretching, ice massage, and reflexology. In her spare time as well as in her professional life, she enjoys watching things transform and grow, making her a fine fit for an environment such as this.
