Inclement Weather Policy
Advanced NMT requires 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that 24 hours’ notice is not given, we reserve the right to redeem gift certificates, vouchers or charge $40 for 60 minutes, $60 for 90 minutes to compensate the therapist.
In the event of inclement weather, we do not strictly adhere to our 24 hours’ notice requirement. If inclement weather is predicted for the upcoming days, we suggest keeping your appointment and seeing what condition the roads are in on the day of your appointment. If you still wish to reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as you can but we will not hold you responsible for the “late cancellation”.
